⏳ Order Processing (Made-to-Order Items)

 

All items from Sanctified Sinner Clothing Co. are made-to-order, which means production begins once your order is placed. This allows us to ensure quality and minimize waste.

  • Processing/Production Time: Due to the custom nature of our products, please allow 5 – 7 business days (Monday – Friday) for your order to be produced before it ships.

  • Order Cut-Off: The daily cut-off time for beginning production on new orders is 4:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday. Any orders received after this time will begin processing on the next business day.

📦 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

 

We ship domestically within the contiguous United States using major carriers like USPS and UPS.

Note: Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery location, and will be displayed during the checkout process.

 

🚀 Tracking Your Order

 

  • Once your item is complete and has been handed over to the shipping carrier, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number.

  • The tracking number will become active and updated with estimated delivery information within 24 hours of receiving the email.

Currently, Sanctified Sinner Clothing Co. only offers shipping within the United States.

  • Sanctified Sinner Clothing Co. is not responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, as we are unable to redirect packages once they are shipped. The customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with orders returned to us due to an incorrect address.

  • If your item arrives damaged, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy and contact us immediately with photos of the damage.
