Clothing Return and Exchange Policy

Effective Date: November 3, 2025

Return Period
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Given the seasonal nature of clothing, we encourage customers to try items promptly and return any unwanted pieces quickly to ensure availability for exchanges.

Condition Requirements
All returned clothing items must meet strict condition requirements:

  • Items must be unworn with all original tags attached
  • No signs of wear, including deodorant marks, perfume, makeup, or pet hair
  • Original packaging and any accessories must be included
  • Items showing signs of washing, alteration, or damage cannot be accepted

Size Exchange Program
We offer free size exchanges within 30 days for the same item in a different size, subject to availability. If your preferred size is unavailable, we'll notify you of restock dates or offer a full refund.

Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased at 50% or greater discount
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items from limited edition or collaboration collections

Seasonal Return Extensions
Holiday purchases made between November 1st and December 31st may be returned until January 31st of the following year, provided all other conditions are met.

Return Process

  1. Visit our online returns portal or email SanctifiedSinnersClothing@gmail.com
  2. Provide your order number and email address
  3. Select items for return and specify reason
  4. Print your prepaid return label
  5. Package items securely with original tags and packaging
  6. Drop off at any [shipping carrier] location

Refund Processing
Returns are processed within 3-5 business days of receipt. Refunds appear on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Quality Guarantee
If you receive an item with manufacturing defects or quality issues, we'll provide a full refund including shipping costs and expedite a replacement if desired.

Fraud Prevention Notice
We monitor return patterns to prevent abuse. Customers with excessive returns may be subject to account review and potential restrictions. We reserve the right to refuse returns that don't meet our condition requirements.
